Shipping & Returns

Orders placed Monday - Friday, before 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time, are shipped out the same day received. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. may still be shipped that same day, but will definitely be shipped by the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., e.s.t. on Friday(no shipping Sat., Sun.) are shipped on Monday. You will be notified, by e-mail, of the status of your order, and by phone or e-mail, if there is any reason that your order cannot be shipped.

 

Q: How can I return the products if I'm not satisfied?

A: Always inspect shipments immediately. Returns due to shipping error, manufacturing defect, or damage have 14 days from receipt to qualify for return or replacement. Should you encounter one of these circumstances, contact the Folder Factory Outlet Store and a replacement item will be shipped. Once the replacement item has been received, the original merchandise must be returned within 14 days to prevent your credit card from being charged for the replacement item. For returns made within 14 days of receipt, not due to an error on our part, a 15% restocking fee, ($25.00 minimum) applies. Clearance Store are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Your refund will be processed once we have received the product being returned.

 

In order for you to receive full credit, the product must be returned in the original packaging. Refunds will be made by crediting the original credit card account number used for the purchase.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.



Q: What is the Clearance Dept. policy on returns?

A: Due to the exclusive nature of items sold in the Clearance Dept. all purchases made from the Clearance Dept. are non-returnable and non-refundable. Clearance Dept. items are discontinued, odd-lots, or not-to-be-restocked items, and will not be available again in the future.
