Sending
Digital Files
When
sending your digital files, please include information on what type of
computer (PC or MAC) you used to create the files as well as the name
and version of the program used. Helpful tips on preparing your graphic files.
Sending Files
via E-mail: for files up to 10MB
Your customer service representative will provide you with the correct
e-mail address.
Keep in mind, however, that some ISP's impose a maximum file size on e-mail
attachments. Contact your System Administrator or ISP for information
on file size limits before e-mailing. If your any of your files are over
10MB please send them to us on disk or our File Upload Facility.
Sending Files
via our File Upload Facility: for files up to 380MB
Please notify your customer service representative when you are ready to upload
your files, and provide your rep. with the names of the files you are ready to upload.
Sending files on Disks & Cartridges:
Folder Factory has the following drive types on hand (see list below). If you are using one of these drives, we are prepared to accept your art files. If you have a different media type than those listed below that you wish to send to us, call us for more information.
Files may be in either MAC or PC format. Please verify your disks before sending them. It is a good idea to send duplicate disks when using floppies because of their higher failure rate and insignificant cost compared to other removable media types.
