"Die-cut", so what exactly does that mean and why should you care?
A
die is like a cookie-cutter. For our animal cracker
example, cookie-cutters are shaped like elephants,
giraffes, bears, lions, etc. The cutter is pressed
into the dough, cutting away excess dough outside
the cutter, leaving you with a piece of dough in
the shape of an animal. Most cutters are widely
available in common shapes and sizes but what if
you're looking for an unusual shape? You need a
custom "cutter" and not everone can make
one.

Presentation
products are much the same, most sellers offer
only the most common styles. Folder Factory is
different because we make our own dies and do
our own die cutting in house. Every folder, binder,
cd cover, and all other products we manufacture
are made by die-cutting it's shape in paper or
plastic material. If
we don't already have a die for the particular
style you need, we can make one to meet your
exact requirements.
